Made from high-quality composite materials, these buildings require zero maintenance, are easy to clean, and often do not need planning permission – making them a hassle-free alternative to traditional portable toilets.
Every unit is finished with a wet room-style interior featuring smooth, wipe-clean walls, non-slip flooring, and optional shelving and mirrors. Built on a galvanised steel subframe, they are easy to transport and reposition as needed, providing both practicality and longevity.

Thorncombe
Our Thorncombe range is a single toilet and shower block that is fully portable and delivered ready to use. Constructed entirely from 100% composite materials, it requires zero maintenance and does not need any permanent footings.
Built with 80mm structural foam core panels coated inside and out with durable GRP, the Thorncombe features a single room containing a toilet, shower, and pedestal handbasin. The unit sits on a galvanised steel base frame with tie-down points for easy lifting and transport, and bolt-down fixing brackets to secure it when in use.
The interior includes waterproof, non-slip Polyflor flooring, an electric boiler (with a gas option available), LED lighting with PIR sensors, and an electric towel radiator for added comfort. Access is via a lockable UPVC entrance door, with a separate lockable boiler room at the rear.
You can personalise the external walls and capping colours to any RAL shade, and choose from white, anthracite, or golden oak doors. The Thorncombe also comes with a 5-year structural warranty, making it a reliable, maintenance-free solution for portable toilet and shower facilities.
Total price: £12,995 + VAT. An off-grid package is also available for an additional £2,500 + VAT, which includes a Portaloo-style toilet with hand wash, solar-powered lighting with battery storage, and a gas-powered shower.
New Forest
Our New Forest model is a fully portable double toilet and single shower block, delivered ready to use. Similar to our Thorncombe model but with an additional WC on the right-hand side, it offers versatile facilities in a compact, maintenance-free design.
Constructed entirely from 100% composite materials, it requires zero maintenance and no permanent footings. The walls and roof are built using 80mm structural foam core panels with inner and outer GRP coatings for durability.
Inside, the unit features two separate rooms: one with a toilet, shower, and pedestal handbasin, and the other with a toilet and built-in wash basin. Both rooms include lockable UPVC entrance doors and come fitted with two electric towel radiators and mirrors.
The New Forest sits on a galvanised steel base frame with tie-down points for easy transport via hi-ab lorry, and bolt-down fixing brackets to secure it on-site. Sherwood
Our Sherwood range is a fully portable back-to-back double toilet and shower unit, delivered ready to use. It features four toilets and two showers – two en-suite pods on each side – doubling the capacity of our New Forest model.
Made from 100% composite panels with 80mm foam core and GRP coating, it requires no maintenance or permanent footings. Each of the four rooms has a lockable UPVC door, electric towel radiator, and mirror.
Built on a galvanised steel base frame with tie-down and bolt-down points, the unit includes waterproof, non-slip flooring, two electric boilers (gas option available), LED lighting with PIR sensors, and a 32amp electrical supply with commando socket.
Customise the external walls, cappings, and doors in your choice of colours. Measuring 4736mm (5836mm with roof overhang) by 3228mm by 2300mm high, the Sherwood comes with a 5-year structural warranty for a durable, ready-to-use portable toilet and shower solution.
