If you are an architect or designer with a project in mind, we’d love to hear from you.

We occupy a large site in Dorset with full design, project management, and manufacturing capabilities all under one roof.

So if you’d like to take advantage of our fantastic composite panel technology and all the great features it offers, whatever size project, we can help by making your design a reality.

We manufacture our own unique version of SIPs on our panel press for use in our builds – the floor, walls and roof are made of it. The panels offer a design flexibility not available with traditional construction methods. Complex shapes and angles can be created without the need for additional supports or frames, and the material’s modular size and spanning capabilities can offer a great bespoke design with maximum useable space.

Our builds are completed in factory conditions – including interior and exterior finishes, plumbing, electrical and flooring – to be perfect. Your project will run to schedule, without delays caused by weather conditions. This factory-controlled process also reduces wastage, and it allows projects to be completed in half the time of traditional construction because manufacture can occur simultaneously with any site work required.

The finished build is transported by hiab lorry to site where it is craned into position (can be flat packed if site access is restricted) and installed, often the same day. This means minimal disruption for your client, who can begin using their new space straightaway.

Our builds also offer great flexibility because they can be picked up and relocated if need be; especially useful if the land is leased or the client has plans to move.
